Due to the nature of the Internet we must disclose to all of our clients that we intend to keep our company practices and commissions private, only to be used while under contract with Computer Systems Depot Inc. We have worked very very hard to establish credibility on 13 years and we will fight to protect it.

The Client will not at any time, whether during or after the termination of this Agreement, reveal to any person, association or company any of the trade secrets or confidential information concerning Computer Systems Depot Inc. (Computer Systems Depot Inc..) products, systems, applications, marketing plans and strategies, pricing policies, technical and other specifications, so far as they have come or may come to the Client’s knowledge, except as may be in the public domain through no fault of the Client or as may be required by law.
